Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee will host a healthy cooking demonstration on Saturday, January 14, as part of the “Super Saturday at the Park.”
The presentation, sponsored in party by The Graham Companies, will be provided by The Naked Bite, founded by Chef Amber Antonelli, with the objective of promoting plant-inspired recipes that are versatile and delicious. The demo will be led by Chef Heather who was raised in an Italian home and cultivated her love for cooking as a child. A graduate of Le Cordon Blue Dallas, she received a degree in Culinary Arts focusing on French Cuisine.
The cooking demo will be held at the Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue, beginning at 11 a.m.
