In an effort to continue “Growing Beautifully,” the Town of Miami Lakes has created a tutorial video that gives residents and prospective business owners helpful insight on how to navigate through the “Find My Zoning” application. The video is available in both English and Spanish.
This video is the first of its kind, and the Town is excited to continue its economic development through innovative multimedia available to residents and businesses.
The application allows the user to view relevant information regarding land development and the opening of businesses in Miami Lakes. All of the primary features are outlined in the tutorial. The “Find My Zoning” application can be found on the Town’s website under the Planning and Zoning Department.
Planning and Zoning is responsible for preparing plans and regulatory tools to provide for the growth and enhancement of Miami Lakes, as well as gathering, updating, and analyzing demographic, environmental, transportation and infrastructure data needed by other Town departments.
