Town - Senior events for August

Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee (EAC) has scheduled a variety of events for senior residents during August.
Lunch Bunch and Bingo - Wednesdays, August 14 and 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue. Seniors can socialize and make new friends while having fun and enjoying free nutritious lunches. Reservations are required for both events. Visit toml.eventbrite.com.
Senior Field Trip to Miami Marlins baseball game vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday, August 15. For town residents only that are 55 years and above.
Transportation provided to and from Marlins Ballpark. Bus will leave at 6 p.m. from Miami Lakes Optimist Clubhouse, 6411 N.W. 162 Street. Reservations available at toml.eventbrite.com.
