     “We will be in the Keys, boating, playing corn hole and spending time with friends and family,” Denise Rodriguez said.  “We have a house down there [in the] Key Largo, Islamorada area.”

     “It’s the same [as Denise Rodriguez, he’ll be weekending in the Florida Keys],” David Martin said. “I’ll be at our vacation house, spending time with friends and family. I’ll be] playing Jenga, [riding the] Jet Ski and playing volleyball."

     “I will be spending time on the west of coast Florida with family and friends, boating and relaxing,” Suzanne Choopani said.  “It’s a special treat because my husband considers half a day of work 12 hours. [It’s] a well-deserved break for my husband."

     “First [giving] God thanks to be in this great country and to keep working, no matter how old you are plus working hard you will be able to accomplish your dreams,” Gardenia Saumell said. “Getting together with the family having a nice barbecue with a lot of watermelons and some piña coladas. But most of all to celebrate Labor Day, after all of the things that have happened in the last two years.”

     “After a long campaign season I’ll be going to the beach and spending time with my wife, my boys and my mom,” Roberto Alonso said.  “Enjoying some good family time, which is well deserved for all of us after working hard throughout the year.  So I’m going to truly do what Labor Day is about: Relaxing and spending some time with the family.”
