Town's Hall of Fame Committee urges residents to offer nominations for 2019 Induction Ceremony

Miami Lakes Sports Hall of Fame committee announced its final call for Hall of Fame Inductee nominations. The Miami Lakes Sports Hall of Fame, an initiative of Mayor Manny Cid and supported by the Town Council, is located inside the Optimist Park Clubhouse at Miami Lakes Optimist Park, 6411 N.W. 162 Street.
The Hall of Fame Selection Committee is seeking nominations to honor athletes, coaches, community members and teams from the Town of Miami Lakes for their outstanding contributions or achievements in sports.
Nominate an individual or a team that excelled and brought positive recognition to the Town. Deadline to apply is Friday, April 5.
