The town of Miami Lakes and its Elderly Affairs Committee are sponsoring two events this month.
On Tuesday, Dec. 10, the Mount Sinai Health Lecture topic will be colorectal surgery.
The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at town hall, 6601 Main St. Lunch will be served.
A Holiday Luncheon for Miami Lakes seniors is planned for Saturday, Dec. 21 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Shula’s Hotel, 6842 Main St.
