Zonta Club's 'Speakeasy Casino Gala' set for May 11

The Zonta Club of Miami Lakes still has tickets available for its annual signature fundraising “Speakeasy Soiree Casino” gala scheduled for Saturday, May 11, at Shula’s Hotel on Main Street. This year’s event features games of chance, luck, or just plain skill. Cocktails are at 7 p.m. and the games fun from 8 to 11 p.m.
The $125 ticket includes unlimited wine, stone crab appetizer, hor d’oeures, food stations, music and a gaming chip worth $2,500. And, once again, the club’s annual Silent Auction will be a featured event during the evening.
Silent Auction sponsorship levels include: $500 Slot Machine (includes one gala ticket and signage), $1,000 Texas Hold’em (includes two gala tickets and table signage), $1,500 Roulette (includes two gala tickets and table signage), $2,000 Craps (includes two gala tickets and table signage) and $5,000 Casino Grand Entrance (includes four gala tickets and table signage).
Priority reservations are available by mail or by payment on the website www.zontamiamilakes.org. The Zonta Club of Miami Lakes, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 not for profit organization, dedicated to improving the status of women. All proceeds will benefit local women’s charities and Zonta International.
