Miami Lakes Education Advisory Board (EAB) announced it is accepting applications for the 2018 Miami Lakes Future Leaders Scholarship presented by The Graham Companies. Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who are residents of the Town of Miami Lakes. Mayor Manny Cid, paid a visit to the Miami Lakes K-8 Center Law Studies class. He spoke to students from Jennifer Simeon’s 7th grade class about his career and daily life as mayor of thw community.
