    Fred Senra, a partner at Miami Lakes AutoMall and president of the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce, presented checks of $2,000 from the auto dealership and $1,000 from the chamber to the Main Street Players in Miami Lakes. Mater Lakes musicians earn highest rankings at state assessments

     Lola Cosani, a freshman at Barbara Goleman Senior High School, plans to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders June 21-23 at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Mass.      Lola, 14, of Hialeah, is a member of Goleman’s Medical Leaders of Tomorrow Club and also plays on the school tennis team.      She hopes to become a veterinarian.
