Janel Gonzalez of Hialeah was named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Haven for the Fall 2014 semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the Dean’s List.

Spanish Lake Elementary has recently received five new mobile computer labs in addition to the existing computers on campus.  The mobile lab allows an entire class to use computers at the same time without leaving their room. The computer usage enhances differentiated instruction, increases student access to current high quality information, and is a motivational interactive tool.
