Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) situated within the boundaries of Hialeah Gardens, will benefit from financial in-kind support from the City of Hialeah Gardens through it’s Educational Center valued at $596,982.
This generous contribution by the City is a result of an allocation from the Florida State Legislature for the purpose of increasing student access to computer stations, providing printers, tablets, monitors, and mobile devices as well as other technology-related supplied designed to enhance school technology at public schools located in Hialeah Gardens.
“As School Board chair and as the School Board member representing District 4, I am pleased and very grateful that the City of Hialeah Gardens, through the efforts of Mayor Yioset De La Cruz, has made such a generous contribution, which is designed to strengthen the technological capabilities of our schools within the City,” said Perla Tabares Hantman.
