  The Miami-Dade County Library branch in Miami Lakes is offering these in-person classes. Space in classes is limited and registration may be required. 

Teen Advisory Board Anime & Manga Appreciation

Wed. May 31   4 p.m. - 5 p.m. Join a discussion about favorite anime and manga selections, check out new titles. Ages 8 - 18. 

June 1 Miami Lakes Library Renovation Project Community Meeting. Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) Fri., June 2 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Save yourself a trip to the tag agency by going to the library. Renew a driver’s license, obtain a replacement or change a name or address on it; get an ID card; renew a vehicle registration or purchase a specialty license plate. Registration is required. Homework Help and Tutoring Sat., June 17, 24 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Free, in-person tutoring by certified teachers for grades K-12 in reading, math

Magically Together with Brent Gregory Sat., June 17 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. Magician Brent Gregory’s interactive show combines mind-bending magic with comedy.  All ages.

All Together Now: STEAM Craft  Wed., June 21   4 p.m. – 5 p.m.  Team STEAM activities to see whose creation – a hovercraft or craft stick launcher -- functions the best.  Ages 8 – 18.
