Pace student wins third tech award

     Monsignor Edward Pace High School senior Diana Porras has won a third Regional Affiliate award from the National Center for Women & Information Technology. 

     Diana graduated with the Class of 2022. She will attend Florida International University’s Honors College and plans to tackle a double major, in Spanish and Computer Science. 

     Diana’s award included a plaque, a scholarship and internship opportunities, according to Pace. 

     In 2016, Diana became a Microsoft Office Specialist for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
