Fifth through eighth graders interested in art, dance, drama, and music are invited to Pace High School’s 5th SpARTan Arts Boot Camp on February 4 at Pace’s Spartan Center. Pace is located at 15600 N.W. 32 Avenue in Miami Gardens.

Lead teachers from the Pace Academy for Visual & Performing Arts Dance, Drama, Art, and Music programs will teach workshop sessions in hip hop dance, jazz dance, drawing, sculpture, theatre, musical theatre, and beginner and advanced band.  Students will attend one session starting at 9:30 a.m. before lunch, and another session afterward. After the sessions conclude at 2:30 p.m., parents are invited to a showcase in the Spartan Center featuring their children’s work and performances from the day.

The cost is a $10 donation, which includes lunch. To sign up, visit http://bit.ly/paceartcamp or email Eddie Flor at elfor@pacehs.com for more information.
