The Town of Miami Lakes is partnering with these organizations to offer summer classes for children.
YMCA of South Florida Soccer and Dance Camp
Each week, campers build skills on the field with soccer training and teamwork-focused games, then express themselves in high-energy dance sessions that boost confidence, coordination, and creativity. There are themed weeks, activities and a team of coaches and instructors to keep campers engaged all day. Lunch and a snack are included.
Location: Royal Oaks Park, 16500 NW 87th Ave.
Duration: June 8 – July 31, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Eligibility: Grades K–8
Fees: $170 per week for residents, $1,213 per week + $50 registration fee for non-residents.

Dive into a world of creativity, problem-solving, moving arts, dance and hands-on S.T.E.A.M. fun!

Duration: June 16 – Aug. 1, Full day 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Half-day, 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Eligibility: Ages 5–12
Fees: Full day resident: $337.50*; Full day non-resident: $375*; Half-day resident: $202.50*; Half-day non-resident: $225* * + 2.9% bank fee
