Miami Lakes Mayor Manny Cid posted his photo on Twitter on July 26. It was taken at a Walmart store, where Cid is with a pharmacist and said he was inoculated against the COVID-19 virus. Cid tweeted that he had been “extremely hesitant” to get the vaccine.
