Deadline nears for scholarship applications

Miami Lakes Education Advisory Board (EAB) stressed the deadline is approaching on March 31 for applications for the 2017 Miami Lakes Future Leaders Scholarship presented by The Graham Companies.Two $1,000 scholarships each will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Miami Lakes.All applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 31, and will be forwarded to the EAB for final selection.
