Miami Lakes resident Ramiro Inguanzo, (center, joined by his wife, Town Clerk Gina Inguanzo), was recognized by the Town Council for his commitment to engaging the youth of Bob Graham Education Center in the Civic Education Academy program. In August, Inguanzo coordinated a panel discussion with Senator Bob Graham, Mayor Manny Cid and councilmembers to give students an opportunity to learn about local government.
