Miami Lakes town council to meet Monday about millage rate

The Town of Miami Lakes will hold a special call meeting on Monday, July 31 to discuss the millage rate. The council had set the tentative rate on July 11 for the town portion of property owners’ tax bill at 2.0732, or $2.07 per $1,000 of assessed property. That was the rollback rate.
