HML star Iliana Alvarado wins grant

Lady Trojans soccer star Iliana Alvarado will be playing soccer for a few more years. The Hialeah Miami Lakes senior was awarded a full scholarship to Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas. Alvarado has been the Trojans’ goalie for three years. An injury limited her play during her senior year but she was still awarded the scholarship. During her time dawning the orange and blue, Alvarado was able to average 8 to 10 saves...
