Town launches two new programs for seniors

  Two new Senior Programs provided by the Alliance for Aging will star this month at the Roberto Alonso Community Center, 16500 N.W. 87 Avenue. “Living Healthy” will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning March 29.   Town of Miami Lakes, in partnership with PEAR and the YMCA, will be offering Spring Break Camps beginning the week of March 21. The camps will run Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., for children between the ages of 5 and 15 years old. Both organizations also offer after school care from 2 to 6 p.m. during the school year with transportation available.
