FBI honors Superintendent Carvalho

Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho has been awarded the FBI Director’s 2014 Community Leadership Award in recognition of his work enhancing students’ academic enrichment. The announcement was made last December, and FBI director James Comey presented the award on May 4 in Washington, D.C.
