  Miami Lakes Vice Mayor Manny Cid is hoping his town will join New York City in mandating a 25 miles per hour speed limit on residential streets.   On Thursday, October 23, the Annual Marian Center held its Annual Golf Tournament on the Senator Course at Shula's Golf Club. The Marian Center is a non-profit school and service center, located in Miami, whose mission is to educate, train and serve people with Developmental Disabilities.
