  The Town of Miami Lakes will host a Swearing-in Ceremony of the newly elected Town Council members at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 6. The event will be held at the Government Center, 6601 Main Street, with a reception following the ceremony. Incumbent Councilmembers Tim Daubert and Frank Mingo were elected without opposition. Councilmember Ceasar Mestre is facing challenger Xiomara Pazos in the November 4 general election.
