      Nine students at Bob Graham Education Center in Miami Lakes received perfect scores on standardized tests, the school said in November.     Students in the Bob Graham Education Center’s Robocats STEM Academy won the Innovate Award during the Nov. 5 VEX IQ qualifier contest held at Rockway Middle School in Miami.
