  Miami Lakes resident and St. Thomas University standout, Melony Poviones, was recently signed to play for the Houston Aces of the Women's Professional Soccer League (WPSL). Poviones has an extensive list of accomplishments, including Broward County Player of the Year and Collegiate All American.
