Bob Graham Education Center announced that Laura Jui, a middle school mathematics teacher, was named one of the Top 50 Teachers, by regional designation, with the highest student learning outcomes over three years based on FCAT results and Algebra I VAM. 

St. Andrews Lutheran Church will hold a yard sale on Saturday, March 8 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 575 W. 68 Street, Hialeah. Funds raised will provide continuing support for the church's food bank and other ministry activities.

 

Jose and Ana Julia Arguelles celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on January 31. The Arguelles' have been Miami Lakes residents for the past 13 years.
