The Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida will hold its North Miami-Dade Rally and 5th annual Membership Rally and Family Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, at Miami Lakes United Methodist Church, 14800 N.W. 67 Avenue.
