Hundreds of senior citizens dressed in Hawaiian-inspired floral shirts and dresses attended Miami Lakes annual Senior Luau on June 29 at the Royal Oaks Park Community Center. At the July 9 Town Council meeting, lawmakers awarded a contract to Acosta Tractors for the long awaited lane expansion of N.W. 154 Street between N.W. 84 and 87 avenues.
