Debates in October for town, state races

     Candidates in four races which will impact the Town of Miami Lakes are to debate on either Oct. 13 or Oct. 16.        The date is pending confirmation by all of the candidates, the town said.     The forums are scheduled to happen at Ana G. “Frozen II” set for Oct. 16 drive-in show

The Disney hit “Frozen II” will be shown Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. in the parking lot at Ana G. Mendez University.

     The Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force is presenting the 2019 animated feature at the school, at 15201 NW 79th Court in Miami Lakes.

    The movie is rated PG and stars Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell.

    To purchase tickets, $5 per car, $2 for popcorn and $1 for water.
