The Miami Lakes Jingle Bell Jog is right around the corner, as 1,500 people are expected to participate in the 5k run and walk starting at 7:30 a.m., Saturday, December 1. The Miami Lakes Veterans Committee said the event will honor and show appreciation for military soldiers and veterans, and raise money to benefit those who are suffering from PTSD.
