    Drivers who travel on Commerce Way and Oak Lane in Miami Lakes know how those streets flood after storms.     To alleviate the high water, the town is installing new drainage systems in Business Park West. Council approves $4.5 million eminent domain purchase for NW 59th Avenue road project
