Eddie Blanco, a Miami Lakes resident, is hosting a neighborhood block party to celebrate, give thanks and connect to the community. Last year 5 Diamond Management and Real Estate sold over 50 million dollars in real estate.
The are currently the only company with 3 associates ranked in the TOP 250 Latino Real Estate Agents by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). “We want to host this party to say thanks, celebrate our success with the community and connect with more residents,” said Eddie Blanco, Broker-Owner of 5 Diamond Real Estate.
The neighborhood event is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, at 1 p.m. at 17687 NW 78 Ave, Miami, FL 33015, across from the PSN Town Center.
The event will feature Miami’s famous food trucks, a kid center with balloon artists, face painters, cotton candy, popcorn, an arts and crafts station, a live DJ, local community leaders and raffles. 5 Diamond Management and Real Estate have received support from their partner, Chase Home Loan, who will also be in attendance with giveaways, mortgage counseling and more.
