Miami Lakes officials call on state legislators in Tallahassee

   A team of Miami Lakes officials visited Tallahassee on Feb. 15 to lobby state officeholders about areas of concern for residents. Topics included transportation infrastructure; stormwater drainage; funding for a senior center; property tax relief and rock mining, Mayor Manny Cid said on Facebook. Meetings happened with Fla.
