Shula's Athletic Club offers Sport Performance Training for ages 10-18

Now that school is over, kids can train like the pros.

Shula’s Athletic Club’s Sports Performance Training program can turn young players to superstars with an intense 90-minute workout that challenges their strength and conditioning, and enhance their athletic skills in football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball and tennis.

The training camp is open to kids ages 10-18 and runs through August, Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. at the Athletic Club, 15150 Bull Run Road in Miami Lakes.

Mike Boyle, a former strength and conditioning coach for Boston University, the Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox, is one of the instructors for the training camp.

He understands what it takes to safely develop athletes to the next level. His years of expertise has led him to develop the leading sports performance program dedicated to success and safety for athletes of all ages.

The Sports Performance Training workout helps athletes generate more power, increase speed and agility, develop strength, optimize fat loss, prevent injuries and have fun doing the exercises.
