Camp Wannado June 12 - Aug. 11 Voluntary Pre-K - 7th grade. Sports; weekly field trips; arts and crafts, video games and more. 

Session 1: June 12 - June 30; Session 2: July 3 - July 21;

Weekdays, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Camp Y June 12 - Aug. 4 Presented by the YMCA.

Children’s Theater Workshop June 12 - Aug. 4  Ages 7-14

Join the Main Street Players for their annual kids theater workshop. Campers learn everything from acting to theater history and will create a production while at camp. 

Session A: June 12 - July 7;

Session B: July 10 - Aug. 4. 

Weekdays 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

First Tee Miami June 12 - Aug. 16 Ages 7 - 18

All abilities are welcome to learn and hone skills at First Tee Miami’s summer golf camp. 

Weekdays, 8:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.

$395 per week. $275 per week for Miami Lakes residents with proof of residency or children of first responders. Campers will receive a T-shirt, hat and player book. Mater Lakes Academy Bears Summer Camp

June 12 - Aug. 4  Ages 6 - 13

Weekdays, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Program includes field trips; a pool day; indoor/outdoor games; sports and fitness; arts and crafts; dance, music and movies. $160 per week, $60 registration fee. Miami Dade College  Stocks & Crypto High School Summer Camp

June 19 – June 23 

Students can learn how to buy and trade stocks and digital assets in this free camp. Students will get virtual cash and learn to build their own investment portfolios. Monday - Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch provided. Free course with scholarship application. Miami Lakes United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School 

June 19 – June 23 Ages 4 to 11

The Miami Lakes United Methodist Church’s children’s ministry will hold its annual vacation bible school for kids at its Wonder Farm-themed camp.

Miami Lakes United Methodist Church Camp June 19 – July 23 Ages 3 - Grade 3 

Campers can enjoy everything from arts and science to soccer at this weekly camp. Campers should bring lunch and snacks. 

Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., with early pick-up options at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Weekly rates are $102 - $150;  $40 registration fee. A sibling discount is available. Miami Lakes Athletic Club Summer Camp and Tennis Camp June 12 - Aug. 11 

Summer Camp Ages 5 - 12.   

Tennis Camp ages 5 - 17, 

Summer full day for ages 8 - 17, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tennis half-day for ages 5 - 17, 9 a.m. - noon.  Both camps are Monday - Friday. Experience sports-related activities including water days. Miami Lakes Optimist Summer Baseball Camp

Ages 6 – 12 will do hitting drills, field balls and learn proper throwing mechanics. Each child should bring their own bat, glove, helmet, cleats, turf shoes, sneakers, T-shirt, baseball pants and shorts. $180 per week; $165 per week for town residents or returning players. Weekdays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Early drop off at 8:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. pickup costs an additional $10. Snapology at the Miami Lakes Youth Center

Campers learn about STEAM and enjoy hands-on experiences in robotics; movie making; drones and video game design. 

Two weeks: $375 full day camp and $250 half day camp per week, Miami Lakes residents save 10 percent.
