The Nail Garden has blossomed, and opened a second spa location in Miami Lakes.

The shop is in the 6600 Main retail and residential complex near Town Hall.

It is owned by Olga and Luis Alvarez. The couple have a third nail salon in Pembroke Pines.

Their first location in the Lake Patricia Shopping Center began welcoming customers in 2016.

Olga Alvarez, 54, said she is proud of how their business has grown and of the quality experience they offer.

“We are completely booked at our first Miami Lakes location and have a waiting list, so a second location was needed,” she said.

“We love living in Miami Lakes, and I am trying to help make Miami Lakes beautiful, little by little,” she said.

At the Main Street salon, customers will enter an airy oasis where they can unwind and be pampered.

“We want people to come in and feel relaxed,” Alvarez said. Vanessa Martinez lives in town and is a regular customer at the Lake Patricia Shopping Center location.

She went to the new spa when it opened at the end of June.

“The ambiance, everything from the décor, the music, and even the scent in the air promotes all things relaxation,” Martinez said.

“I’m super happy with my mani-pedi and I already made my follow up appointment and I’m looking forward to that,” she said.

In 2020, voters chose The Nail Garden as Best Beauty Provider during the town’s annual Best of Miami Lakes poll.

The Nail Garden on Main Street is open Tuesday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
