Zontas Club of Miami Lakes

     Ladies are asked to wear their finest hats to the Zonta Club of Miami Lakes’ Kentucky Derby Casino Gala scheduled for May 7 at the Miami Lakes Hotel on Main.

     The event will benefit Lotus House, the Women's Breast & Heart Initiative and the club’s efforts to end violence against women.

     Tickets are $125. Guests will enjoy live casino games – craps, blackjack, roulette, Texas hold ‘em, slots  -- as well as a raffle and silent auction. 

     There will be unlimited wine served along with hors d’oeuvres and food stations.  And there will be dancing to a DJ, too.

     The hotel is at 6842 Main St. in Miami Lakes.
