Barbara Goleman High boys’ baseball team, in conjunction with the Miami Marlins, will be hosting a fundraiser, which is set for 11 a.m., Saturday, February 4, at the school’s baseball field located at 14100 N.W. 89 Avenue.
Proceeds will help the team build a new fence in centerfield.
Billy the Marlin, along with Marlins’ players, will be on hand for the event, which includes an auction of signed baseballs and bats by Marlins’ players.
