Miami Lakes K-8 Center’s cheerleaders and salsa dancers attended and performed at the Disney Performing Arts youth program which includes competitions, festivals and workshops. All grade levels and various types of dances are included in this event that takes place in both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The MLK-8 Center cheerleaders and dancers performed as part of the theme park’s pageantry in front of Disney guests. All team members received honorary Mickey ears and trophies.
