Miami Lakes Youth Activities Task Force, in partnership with the YMCA of South Florida, will host Sports-A-Palooza and Healthy Kids Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
The event will be a family event with activities for children and adults including information and resources from community service providers, local vendors, raffle giveaways, music, entertainment, sports and more. Families will be able to enjoy healthy food demonstrations, fitness showcases, and interactive games.
The Sports-A-Palooza will offer skill and drills in volleyball, soccer, Frisbee and Flag Tag.
