The Town of Miami Lakes will accept requests for public records that are made on the municipal website.
To access the form, go to www.miamilakes-fl.gov, click on the “Departments” tab, and when the menu drops down, choose the “Office of the Clerk” line.
From the clerk’s page, select “Public Records Request” to access the form.
Note that many records are already available on the town website.
