Ballet Etudes School has been devoted to dance education for over 40 years. The studio was founded in 1974 in Hialeah and its Miami Lakes area location has been operating since 1990.
Now the company has decided to expand further in the Hialeah area where it already runs its main facility. The new school will be located at 2021 West 62 Street and will welcome children ages 3-16.
“We are hoping to make ballet education accessible to young children,” said founder and director Susana Prieto. “These formative years of this discipline is extremely important for their future success, not only as dancers, but as professionals in any field.”
Ballet Etudes plans to open the new location this month and will transfer some of its rehearsals for the “Nutcracker” production to the new facility.
