Blanco leads MIAMI Realtors residential group

The MIAMI Association of Realtors elected Eddie Blanco as its 2023 residential president.
Blanco, of Miami Lakes, is owner-broker of the Stratwell real estate firm, which has offices in Miami and Naples.
Blanco was looking forward to working with the residential board to “support sustainable growth, development of our local communities and to promote diversity and inclusion” in the profession, according to a press statement.
He was named to the position on Feb. 3 during an awards celebration at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
Blanco was founding president of the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
He currently serves as director for the Florida Association of Realtors and as a director at the National Association of Realtors.
Blanco previously chaired the Town of Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee.
