Elderly Affairs Committee seeks sponsors for Health/Fitness Fair

Miami Lakes Elderly Affairs Committee will host the 5th annual Family Health and Fitness Fair on Saturday, February 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mary Collins Community Center, 15151 N.W. 82 Avenue.
Last year’s fair drew over 500 attendees to the completely sold out Health and Fitness event. More than 60 local businesses educated attendees on preventive healthcare, sound health practices and local access to these services.
Health and fitness related agencies, organizations, businesses, and providers are encouraged to have an exhibit in the 2019 Fair to distribute literature, provide health screenings, and acquaint the public to their services.
