     Cedar Court in Miami Lakes was dedicated Jan. 21 to a resident who died from COVID-19.      Miami Beach Police Sgt.      A street near Barbara Goleman Senior High School will be named for a fallen soldier who attended the school in Miami Lakes.     Northwest 143rd St. will be co-named for U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Ofren Arrechaga of Hialeah and Clarksville, Tenn.       Arrechaga was a 28-year-old decorated soldier who was killed in action in Kunar Province, Afghanistan in 2011.      ...
