Miami Lakes town hall will be bathed in purple light on Nov. 21 to mark Give Miami Day. The 24-hour event is hosted by The Miami Foundation, which accepts donations for hundreds of non-profit organizations that serve the region. “I choose to get the flu shot every year to protect myself, my family and the public I serve,” Rodriguez said.
