Walking, biking trail to glow in the dark

Walkers, runners and bicyclists who like to work out in the cooler evening hours will be able to follow a trail along Northwest 170th Street that will glow in the dark.A grant from The Miami Foundation will fund the project, called the MiGlo Trail.The path is on Northwest 170th Street between Northwest 89th Avenue and Northwest 77th Avenue.It runs parallel to a canal that flows along the northern border in town.The asphalt will be painted...

Namaste! Free hour-long yoga lessons resume in Picnic Park West at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oc. 26, and run through April 25.
Lighthouse Yoga & Wellness teachers lead classes in partnership with the Town of Miami Lakes.
Donations for the studio are accepted. Bring a mat. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
