  Miami Lakes United Soccer Club participated in its first Thanksgiving food drive in support of ending hunger with Feeding South Florida.  Teams contributed non-perishable donations with a Thanksgiving theme in mind through November 15 at Royal Oaks Park. BGEC PTSA donates golf cart to help staff get around

The Bob Graham Education Center PTSA donated a golf cart to the school to help improve campus efficiency and safety. The golf cart will help staff get across campus quickly to deal with the many daily needs of the school. The golf cart will also aid assistant principal Jesus Mesa (pictured), in the important role of overseeing drop off and dismissal at school.
New Horizon’s Young at Heart is a gathering of the elderly at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 6000 Miami Lakeway North, on the third Tuesday each month. The purpose of the group is to share in fellowship with each other. The gatherings consist of a luncheon and an activity, event or entertainment.
