Blanco begins leadership role with real estate group

     One of Miami Lakes’ own, Eddie Blanco, will begin his term as the 2022 Residential President-Elect of the Board of MIAMI Association of Realtors.

     The group is the largest local Realtor association in the United States, according to its website. 

      Blanco is a broker with Stratwell Real Estate in Miami Lakes and is a licensed Realtor, since 1998. 

     “I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve our 53,000 plus members,” Blanco said. “It’s a great privilege.” 

     Blanco was scheduled to step into his new role on Jan. 1, and will serve until 2023, when he becomes Residential President of the Board. 

     Blanco is a former chair of the Town of Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee and still serves on it, and formerly volunteered with the town’s Neighborhood Improvement Committee.
